If you are unable to scan your own photo you can mail the original to us and we can scan it for you and return the original with your order. You can send a black & white or color photo.

Scanning Tips
  • Scan your photo at between 200-300 dpi. Image file size should be between 60-700kb.
  • Image should be saved as a .JPG with NO compression.
  • Candy Wrapper photos can be scanned in color or gray scale.
  • Original Photo Throw images should be scanned in gray scale, not black & white.
  • Color Photo Throw images are scanned in full color.
(If you are ordering a Printed Color Photo Throw image file size should be larger than 800kb)

Use the best quality image possible. If your image is below the minimum resolution size requirements, do not simply increase the size in your editing software. You must either rescan the image or use a higher quality image.


Photo Tips
  • Images should be well lit and with bright colors.
  • Good framing with the subject close up is ideal for the best results.
  • If you are scanning your own photo, crop the image to show the subject(s) you want.
  • An image poorly lit with shadows will not produce well.
  • If the subject is too far away, enlarging the subject will result in poor image quality.
We cannot reproduce copyrighted photos and images.
We reserve the right to refuse any objectionable material. We will not reproduce materials
that are deemed by our staff to be offensive or obscene.
