1. What is your pricing and do you have minimums?

We have low minimums. Please see our pricing page.

2. What kind of candy bars do your wrappers fit?

Our wrappers fit the standard 1.55oz. Hershey's Milk Chocolate®, Nestlé Crunch® and Hershey's Assorted Miniatures®. Please check back often as we will be offering additional candy choices.

3. Do you include the candy bars with the wrappers?

Yes, you can order the wrapped bars or just the wrappers only and buy your own candy. We provide the wrappers, FREE foil sheets, glue stick and wrapping instructions.

4. Can I change the colors and text style of the wrapper design?

Most of our designs can be adapted to change the colors and/or the font style. Please inquire before choosing a design with color and text changes.

5. Can you add a photo to my wrapper?

Yes, we offer this FREE service. Some of our designs have room to add a photo to the front. For all other designs, we can add it to the back.

6. What are your image requirements?

See our photo submission guidelines page for image requirements and our contact page for email and mailing address information for submitting your photos.

7. Can you create a custom design?

Yes, we can create a custom design to suit your special occasion or event using your photo or logo. We require as much input as possible from you regarding theme, color, text style, graphics wanted, etc. An upfront charge of $25.00 is required prior to beginning work on your custom design. This charge will be applied towards your order total.

8. Can you match my colors?

We will make every attempt to match your colors if you send us a sample swatch of fabric, ribbon, invitation, napkin, etc. Every monitor and printer will produce different colors, so we cannot guarantee an exact match, however we will make every attempt to get it as close as possible. At your request, we will provide you with a hard copy of the wrapper so that you can see how the final output color and quality will look.

9. What kind of paper are your wrappers printed on?

We print our wrappers from digital laser printers on professional high quality gloss paper. The digital printing process provides for vibrant colors and crisp text.

10. Can I get a proof of my wrapper design?

Yes, we provide a FREE email proof of your wrapper design for your review and approval. Please provide us with a VALID email address. It is your responsibility to proof and approve your design in a timely manner to avoid delays in processing/shipping times.

We work by our customer's "must have by" date, and will get a proof to you as soon as possible. Typically during non-busy times it is within 2-3 days.

11. Can I make changes to my design after I approve my proof?

Yes, we allow two changes to your wrapper design.

Once we get proof approval this gives us the right to print the order at any time. Once printed, we CAN make changes but at customer expense.

12. How long will it take to get my order and how will it be shipped?

We ship US Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 days. This DOES NOT include processing time, which is approximately 5-7 business days. We also ship US Express Mail. We can ship by other methods at your request.

13. Do you provide rush service?

If you require your order within 5 business days, you can request a rush order and have it shipped US Express Mail. Please be sure to contact us at (603-726-3339) prior to placing your order so that we can determine if we can get it to you on time. A additional rush charge may apply in addition to the Express shipping charges. Please plan ahead.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal.

 
15. What if my candy bars arrived melted?

Due to the nature of the product we cannot guarantee that they will not melt or soften. If you live in a warm climate you should either request ice packing and/or express shipping. You should also have an alternate shipping location where the package won't be left sitting outside in the heat. If you are concerned with melting, you should order just the wrappers only.

If your candy bars have been left sitting in the heat, you should immediately move them to a cool room. Let the box of candy sit at room temperature for as long as possible before handling the bars. This will help them to re-harden to their original state. DO NOT put in the refrigerator or freezer. This can cause damage to the wrappers and a white film to form on the chocolate.


16. What if my order arrives damaged?

We make every effort to pack your order securely, but we have no control over the package once it leaves our possession and cannot be responsible for any damage. If your order does arrive damaged and you chose the insurance option you can file a claim with the US Postal Service for the value of your order.

17. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours and you will not be charged. If we have already printed your order you will be charged for the wrapper price only.

18. Do you offer refunds?

We DO NOT offer refunds for orders cancelled AFTER printing or shipping. If you cancel within 24 hours after placing your order, your credit card will not be charged. This DOES NOT apply for rush orders.

19. What is your privacy policy?

We never share, exchange or otherwise distribute any of the information that you provide us. While we require certain information to process your order and payment, it will remain strictly confidential.
